So much for transparency and communication ....... holding call center where I work-contract with telecommunications- the Company has notice board a notice communicating the will 'of trade unions to keep in bag .. € 25 for the expenses claimed for the renewal of telecommunications contract in 2009! I mean 'hold my envelope from € 25-if they are not joined CGIL, CISL and UIL-if I would not be retained DEVO comunicarlo all'Azienda!!!!!!!!!

Le Organizzazioni Sindacali SLC-CGIL, FISTEL-CISL e UILCOM-UIL in qualità di parti stipulanti e titolari del CCNL per il personale dipendente da Imprese esercenti servizi di Telecomunicazioni del 23 ottobre 2009, chiedono ai Dipendenti non iscritti alle Organizzazioni Sindacali una “Quota Contratto”di € 25,00 (venticinque,00) a titolo di contributo per le spese da esse sostenute per la preparazione, la partecipazione e la gestione delle trattative, da trattenere sulle retribuzioni relative al mese di MARZO 2010.
I Lavoratori che non intendessero versare la quota, dovranno darne avviso per iscritto agli Uffici dell’Azienda entro il 28 FEBBRAIO 2010.
La trattenuta non sarà effettuata nei confronti dei Lavoratori non iscritti alle OO.SS. firmatarie che non sono presenti in Azienda per qualsiasi motivo (malattia, infortunio, congedo di maternità, expectation, IGC, travel, etc.. ...)
